FAQ
What is the Endangered Languages Project?
The Endangered Languages Project (ELP) is a US-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Our mission is to build networks, mobilize capacity, research and share knowledge to sustain language diversity worldwide, and provide access to evidence-based data on language vitality. By facilitating collaboration between Indigenous, endangered, and/or minoritized language communities, and supporting language revitalization & documentation, we help build a world where languages and their communities thrive.

Where do proceeds from these shirts go?
All profits from these shirts go directly to ELP, allowing us to continue offering free resources, learning opportunities, and support to Indigenous and endangered language communities worldwide.
What's your return policy?
Unfortunately, we're not able to offer returns or exchanges on these shirts. Please double check your size and color choices before ordering!
Where do these shirts ship to?
Shipping is available to where ELP's community lives - nearly everywhere in the world. We are using a t-shirt printing service that prints shirts in 32 different countries, in order to minimize fuel usage and reduce the environmental impact of creating these shirts.
Is the artist being paid for her work?
Yes! Nicaela contributed her talents to design these shirts and raise money for ELP's programs, as a former intern and supporter of ELP, but she was compensated for her time and work. We believe strongly in fair compensation for Indigenous artists' talents and labor.
